  1. A normal fee will be charged for each service separately from the fee on this site.
  2. Cancellations and refunds cannot be made after 7 business days of shipping.
  3. Please prepare and check that there are no defects in the documents and vehicle information.
  4. Please prepare and check whether the vehicle is in a condition where it can be shipped and moved.
  5. Cancellations and changes due to advances or delays in the ship schedule are not possible.
  6. Cancellations due to shipping company circumstances will be refunded.
  7. We may refuse to provide the service at our sole discretion.
  8. No claim will be made.
